Seeking ph remedies to help multiple ailments

Hi All,

I am so grateful for this website, and all who belong to it. I don't think I actually registered before, but certainly have used this information, if so, when I feel better, I will look and see if I have another account for me.

I am really having a time. I had an ulcer caused by alka seltzer years back, and it was told me that the alka seltzer caused it. I had a really sore foot, and it was a form of gout, and also they said, recently that it could be somewhat salycilate related, maybe because all of the stomach problems came back in full force when I used advil, and exedrine. I know my ph is way off, and I am also prone to many allergies, mold, I was chemically poisoned from hair chemicals, and had to stop using them as a hair dresser, but that was years back. the stomach pain, I took some baking soda in water, and it is a bit better, but the ph is well into the acid range, and does not ever show on the litmus test paper, I have, it really does not change color, with urine or saliva, much, or it does completely the darkest, so go figure? I have a lot of biofilm that I have been using stimudent to remove, and going to the dentist soon, as I have a tooth that has to maybe have a cap, or crown. I have constipation, almost chronic, and last evening, I was starting to think, possibly I was a bit more strong, and made the mistake of eating sugar, which I have done in the past, but fell asleep, and with the lights on, for several hours. Today, I am so exhausted.

I have a daughter who is a nurse, but she seems to believe most of my problems are in my head, so I do not talk with her. I know better, and know I have read, that we that have these things, suffer, for the most part alone. I know I need to correct my ph, and also want to know if the salicylate sensitivity is separate or will be corrected with the ph being corrected.

I have had constipation off and on since very young. any information is so welcome, and I will pass it on, as well as share on here things that help me. Years ago, I had mononucleosis, and it seems that I really never did get my stamina back, totally, and was really tired, but in the last five years, I have been exercising, and my body is strong, and leaner, but my brain gets so tired. Today, it is both, but I know I need to try to get the ph better.

Should I try ac vinegar, and bicarbonate, of soda, and does pau d arco or tumeric or cumin help? They seemed to help with the h pylori, and that was good, I know this can be helped, but today I feel like a tired, worn out person, when I know that help and hope is here. Thanks, marywilhelm.52 (at) gmail (dot) com
