Seeking help for insomnia and other issues from ted

Multiple female issues: I am hoping for a response from Ted from Thailand, but anyone else-feel free. I have several issues. My major concern is insomnia. I take Ca, 1500 mg, Mg 500 mg, L Glutamine 500 mg, Taurine, 500 mg, Glycine 1000 mg, 5 htp 100 mg, Niacinamide 500 mg and melatonin, 2 mg. Still no sleep, although I get a wave of sleepiness after an hour. I also have ibs with chronic diarrhea and take a prescr med for it that helps about 50%, so then I take immodium. Please, don't suggest charcoal caps--I have 20+ trips to the bathroom on a bad morning and have taken 6 immodium jsut to slow it down. Simple remedies don't work for it. I drink goat milk kefir that I make myself for this, but after a year I don't see any change. I also have vaginal issues--feels like ground glass in there. I take 1500 mg epo every morning for that, plus I use an estrogen cream topically. Helps, but not all the way. I also take wholefood multivitamin, zinc, selenium yeast, d3, b12 and eat only food I prepare, mostly raw. Please suggest what I can do to get some sleep. My mind runs on for hours. When I do get to sleep, it's usually 2 am and I have to get up at 5. Even when I sleep, it's just under the surface and any creak in the house wakes me up. The room is totally darkness and I dont' have screen time after 5 pm, tend to sit on the porch inthe evening and read til too dark. I work in the yard /garden. Please help me.

It's anxiety that's keeping you awake, try EFT emotional freedom techniques for all the things that are bothering you. Lots of free youtube videos on EFT for insomnia.

Google "L-Theanine". Makes you sleep like a baby when taken with Magnesium.
