Graston technique may work well. Have him look it up on Internet and then find a chiropractor or physical therapist who is certified. Surgery should be very last resort!Replied by Kt (Usa) on 04/22/2015
If that scar is old, this may take awhile: Squeeze vitamin E out of a capsule to cover the scar. Keep it covered constantly for several months. Remove only to shower, pat dry, apply E and cover again. Taking vitamin E internally will help too. You can cover with a giant waterproof band aid if you want to go swimming.
I am sensitive to gelatin capsules. They are a hidden source of MSG, so I bite the capsule, squeeze out the contents and spit the capsule out.
My appendix scar was thick but it started to disappear after six months. Of course it has been many years, but now it cannot be seen, at all.
