pls I ve bin having scalp infection due fungi 4 five yrs now, at first I started having pain scalp, after sometime inflamation like tiny but very painful rashes coming out from scalp and now it has affected neck cos. I just noticed swelling on the left side of neck which is known as lymph node. pls what remedy should use scalp cos am in pain right now.
