Posted By Rejoice (Nigeria) on 08/25/2021

Hello,

I am 34 years old married woman, my monthly cycle does not come by itself, when I take contraceptive pills then only my menses comes, otherwise not.

I'm having hormonal imbalance, my prolactin is 54, oestrogen is 0.12 and progesterone is 3.6. I have taken medicine named cabergoline and parlodel, I have stopped taking them. The hormones have not yet balanced. My monthly cycle has stopped for 9 yrs now and am now 7 yrs in marriage.

Please suggest me some remedy, I will be very thankful to you please, please I beg. Thank you.

Reg, in our group, sage tea helps for this. 1 tsp dried sage in a cup of boiling water. Let infuse for about 10 minutes and enjoy. Once or twice a day.

I lost a lot of weight and had to go on birth control to restart my cycle when I was 21

Do girls and women have special nutritional requirements during their years of menstruation? (menstrupedia.com)

PCOS is a problem with hormones that affects women during their childbearing years (ages 15 to 44). Between 2.2 and 26.7 percent of women in this age group have PCOS. Many women have had successful results using Myo & D-Chiro inositol supplement for PCOS.
