Re; your blood flow issue...
I first make sure there is enough NATURAL vitamin E in my system. I take about 800 IUs daily but would say 400 are a minimum. Don't take synthetic E. Do not buy E in a drug store...they only carry synthetic.
Also I take 500 mg of magnesium.
If I suspected an arterial and vein build up of plaque I'd also take a beverage make of ginger, ACVinegar, lemon juice and garlic cloves...blended one tablespoon three times daily on an empty stomach in a glass of warm water... if the stomach could take that...if not, then with meals. I use extra ACV in that mix. A tablespoon of the ACV.
Also helpful for circulation is B-3, niacin. I take 100 mg of that daily to try to achieve a slight flushing. Niacin is a dilator.
I also take a ginger tea...real ginger sliced and put in a pot with water, bring to boil. Strain and for the next five days one can drink of that hot, ginger tea. Wonderful in winter.

Also, do you cook it? I saw someone else on EC mention a similar concoction but they cooked theirs and stored it in the fridge.
I would think it better not to heat the ingredients, but was curious what your take was. Thanks!

If you take the cayenne with cold liquid, it does not burn on the way our, if you know what I mean. Take it with hot liquid (or food) and you will feel the heat.
Do a little research on cayenne and I think you will be amazed.
