Seeking Natural Remedies for Severe Stomach Pain and Bloating

Posted By Jade A. (A) on 07/03/2017

I'm new to earth clinic as I was just googling bloating cures and stumbled across this amazing site. I'm suffering terrible lately with bad bloating. Last night my sleep was really disturbed with back and stomach pain. I can barely move with soreness today and I feel so heavy and could easily pass for being pregnant. I have a 4 year old who is autistic and so full of energy and I feel really upset that I'm not as quick on my feet today because I am in quite a bit of pain with this and it's exhausting me. So sorry for such a long moaning post but just wondered if anyone has some tips? Anything would be appreciated. Thank you so much. Jade x

Yes, rode in that rodeo. First, do you drink water and eat a balance of sea salt with minerals? Second, do you eat healhy fat for your liver to produce bile? Third, do you eat fermented veggies or kefir for probiotics to break down your food?Does your diet include a balance of b vitamins that aid in digestion? Have you had a spine injury?Do you eat a lot of calcium without a 1-1 ration of magnesium.Do you eat fruits and veggies daily? Do your bowels move regularly?

If not this could be a problem even if you eat the above. I would first try activated charcoal 2 capsules with 16 oz water at bed as long as you don't take any meds within 2 hrs.If you are constipated ~ Then take a colace, store brand of it is fine, in the morning with 16 oz of water, and get the pumps flowing .

You can calm your gut from pain with 1/2 dime size slice raw ginger / slippery elm bark capsule/1/4-1/2 tsp. baking soda in 16 oz. water / apple cider vinegar with the mother in it ~tsp in 16 oz with bit of honey/A-F betafood by standard process/ you pick one

If it's liver issues, then milk thistle capsules or candied ginger

Other options I use are youtube videos that teach on subjects of health I can't understand so I can learn .I like John Bergman and Eric Berg . How your digestion works is a good topic to watch. Hope this helps...cortisol is another topic I like to watch them teach on gut health. I still have some bloating to resolve but peace I have. Blessings to you, Charity

Jade, if you can, drink a few glasses of water and get into bed for a while, preferably IB3 your left side.

Soon you will need to go to the bathroom. That should help.
