DMSO and Borax Recipe Needed for Severe Scalp Fungus

Hello,
I want to use DMSO and borax on a severe scalp itch fungus. Can someone tell me how to mix up a safe batch? I'm confused on how to measure percentages with liquids and solids. I'm also looking for help with tannic acid and DMSO. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
