Hello I would like help to find some natural ways to assist my Aunt whom is sick with several ailments . She is 40 years old . She is diabetic has been for a long time she is on diabetic medications . Her health started getting bad when she had fibroids which lead to her having heavy bleed with clots for a month straight she was put on a birth control medication to slow the bleeding which helped. She then was feeling tired no energy and was diagnosed with hypothyroid. She then had chest pain she went to hospital and was told she has an enlarged heart which then led to high blood pressure. She got more meds for this then she started have kidney problems dr's told her her kidneys are not functioning well and her feet swell due to this. She is not on dialysis and she urinates.

Can you please recommend something for her conditions? Thanks!

Dawn: Too much to resolve in one post but for starters try searching for remedies of each condition listed here on E.C. found under "ailments" section at top page.

Again for starters, I will provide a list of very important nutritional supplements that will get her on the path to recovery.

A note for purchasing nutritional supplements is you will find the best quality in local or online health food stores rather than mass market otc N.S. found at major retailers. I don't promote the first over the latter exclusively but simply as a first choice, second choice shopping item.

1. A high quality, broad spectrum, whole food multivitamin for women

2. Coconut Oil. Can be incorporated into diet thru food preparation or taken as a nutritional supplement

3. Kelp Tablets

4. Chromium Picolinate

5. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) in tablet form is most convenient

6. Black Strap Molasses

7. Oil of Oregano softgels

Take all these as recommended on labels.

It is very important that she properly regulate her insulin or diabetic meds as they will certainly change in response to the aforementioned regimen.
