Posted By Ba (Dxb) on 03/13/2016

i am 53 years female and suffering from osteoporosis, I have pain in my body 24X7, mostly in the ankle and knee and on and off in the feet especially my left side, I am active do yoga four days and zumba 2 days of the week, I read HYALURONIC ACID, boron, strontium citrate, progestrone cream, Vit K, D, magnesium, ACV, bee propolis are helpful in osteoporosis. I am confused. Can we have all of them or some of them? What is the frequency?

If you are looking for something more natural and non-invasive for osteoporosis, you might look into prunes (dried plums). The following links suggest that prunes are exceptional for this purpose!
