Now recently as said am getting pain in my lower stomach left side, which the pain is shifting and am also getting pain in my left heels there is a small swelling. i got my blood tested for uric acid on sept.3rd, 2009 5.6 mgs. What does it means? Is it normal or should i control in my eating habits and if so what sort of food do you advice. Please reply at my email clara(underscore)bott2003(at)yahoo.com

The standard of uric acid is between 3.6 mg/dL to 8.3 mg/dL. The pain in surgery is usually from infections that occur during surgery and have a long term lingering effect (such as certain viruses and fungus) where sterilization procedures are least effective with these organism, since most sterilizations deal with bacteria. A scar tissue can cause the lingering pain. In any event, taking enzyme supplements on empty stomach and with food can help digest the scar tissue as well as digest some of these remaining bugs in the gall bladder, and digest some inflammatory proteins. It's taken one capsule before meal and during meal at the very least. On a three meal per day this amounts to a total of 6 capsules per day of the digestive enzyme supplements. I prefer them in capsules instead of tablet form which sometimes the tablet themselves can't dissolve or you get problems with side effects from the food coloring itself. In some cases autoimmunity happens after surgery because of the viruses and the fungus, in which case I used shilajit (or humic acid), and I may take plenty of tumeric acid. Autoimmunity is helped with a 1-2 drop dose of lugol's solution at the very least taken once a day, and some 500-1000 mg of vitamin C.
