Recurring Eyelid Basal Cell Carcinomas, Help Please

Help!! Please!! I have BCC on lower eyelid. Been through MOHS 4x's!! I can't do that again. This time it's near the tear duct and the surgery would probably remove tear duct. How in the world can I alternatively treat this area? It's a bad location. I'll try anything as long as it doesn't injure my eye. I can deal with a little stinging as long as it's not causing harm to vision. Anyone... Anyone at all??!!!
Kelleyo, read up on applying wet clay. I might use kaolin clay because of the bcc being near your eye. Kaolin is a gentle clay but pulls out unwanted stuff.
