Hi Hina,
Here is your help, in any case, it's the way to be tried in two weeks and if there is an improvement - this will mean that you will continue untill a stable remission (2-3 months) Reactive arthritis is mainly of infectious (urogenital 80%) origin, Consult your doctor for antibiotic therapy ( azitromycini for 5 days). Home remedies you can have is
1.Shilajit
2. Consume 1 litre of distilled water a day at morning time,
3. Also, need a mud therapy.(at least rub turpentine, leave it for 10-15 minutes, then wash with soap, gently massage with any aroma)/or both turpentine+mud therapy = is best.
4. Completely discard salt and sugar, also cofee for two weeks.
5. Greens (best if blended with bit of water) and veggies are your source of minerals and vitamins.
6. No fruits and juices.
And 7. GOOD LUCK!
P.S. After two weeks, if feel improvement and continue treatment, you can start some fruits and very ripe pineapple WILL be your choice for rest of your life, reduce salt and sugar to min and consume blended greens (parsley) and veggies. Discontinue all remedies after 3 months.

Hi Hina...You should be able to heal or cure your arthritis problem by supplementing borax.
The full protocol is shown here.
I've just checked and you should be able to buy borax (or sodium tetraborate) from Indian retailers on EBAY.
I've been supplementing borax in water for about 11 years specifically to avoid arthritis, rheumatism osteoporosis etc. I'm 68 y.o and fairly fit with no aches and pains in my body.
If you search the EarthClinic site you will also see for yourself how successful borax is at curing arthritis.

Taking large doses of quality MSM powder 6-30 grams/day has a very positive healing effect on arthritis. Also take vitamin D3 10-20,000 IU/day for anyone struggling with chronic issues like arthritis and many other diseases.
