Problem on bottom of feet causing imbalance remedies needed

Posted By Opal (Mansfield, Tx) on 06/04/2009

I am trying to find a cure for what I call bone spurs but my arthritis doctor did not call them any thing but the problem is on the bottom of my feet and it has caused me to have trouble with my balance because the bones are now more or less rounded instead of flat. Any suggestions?

This is in regards to the people talking about bone spurs on their feet or toes. What worked for me was heating up flax seed oil and putting it on a bandaid, or a gauze and putting it on the toe I had the bone spur on. I did this for a period of about 5 days to a week I guess, and eventually the bone spur dissolved. My bone spur you could feel through the skin and I just used the heated oil on a bandaid. Hope this helps someone :)
