Lost 10 kg of weight also.I also had a severe sinus blockage history and meanwhile got a serious attack with very painful face, cheeks and ringing ears. Head and back neck are really heavy which make things worse. Heavy antibiotics already taken for HPylori and sinus, but head, neck, and throat are still in pain.

Hello Muhammad;

You still are infected with "something"....and if me I'd use an anti virus/bacterial. If you can get colloidal silver (CS) in Pakistan I'd try that. You can order CS on line but I don't know how ordering internationally would work. You have to sniff or squirt the CS into sinus cavity and it will sting with first application because of the infection, especially so on one side more than the other usually. I'd also apply the CS to back of neck and let soak. I'd do that many times. And sinus application (called an irrigation) as many times as it takes to kill the infection. Also I'd be drinking a few tablespoons daily of the CS over many months to kill infection inside my body.

hello Muhammad ! As for helico bacter pylori the best thing to stop that grows thousands of miles away from me where I live. It's turmeric.

As for sinus infection you can try salt water snuffed up the nose but it burns a little. you can try various herb teas snuffed up the nose or you can make colloidal silver .

to make colloidal silver you will need a glass jar of hot water, a pure silver coin or pure silver metal, a couple pieces of electrical wire and a battery . 3 batteries of 9 volts wired together makes a very effective colloidal silver maker that is small enough to fit in a shirt pocket. now a car battery works just fine too so use what ever you got

Charge the silver with the positive wire and let the negative wire sit still in the water. after a few minutes the water will get slightly foggy like tiny clouds of silver floating in the water. When the water gets just a tiny bit clouded it is ready to wash your sinus cavities with. Colloidal silver does not sting and it is not irritating in any way to the body.

Panic attack is easy to fix once you understand it. First off you need lots of vitamin B like brewers yeast and lots of fresh vegetables. The next thing you need is yogurt that has a specific strain of bacteria called lactobacilli rhamnoses. The reason I say that is because this type of bacteria creates an amino acid called GABA . This amino acid is used by the body as a neurotransmitter. It acts to calm the brain and help you relax. GABA keeps you feeling happy. When your body runs short of GABA then you get anxiety attacks. You feel nervous for no apparent reason. You get depressed and angry. Plus when you are low on gaba your pain levels will increase.

The worst thing to make you get depressed is antibiotics. The reason why is they kill off the lactobacilli rhamoses which you need to produce gaba

Its better to wash the sinuses with colloidal silver or herbal teas than to use antibiotics since they have a very harmful effect on the intestinal bacteria.

If you feel really depressed, angry and can not get much relaxing sleep then you might try a gaba supplenent. In america these are available at any health food store. You might have to buy them online.

If you try gaba it will calm your nerves and help you sleep like a baby.

I've noticed more and more people 'around' me having these panic attacks, which doctors blame on stress. I've also noticed these folks having been on steroids for some sort of condition/ailment (asthma, autoimmune disorder, muscle pain, etc.). I'm just saying there could be a connection between steroid-use and panic attacks. Unusual pain can also come from withdrawal from steroid-use.

You did not mention being on roids but these drugs are in wide use as ingredients in drug-formulations.
