Need Pain Relief to Lower Blood Sugar Ideas

I had knee replacement on Feb 2,7 weeks ago. I have developed a condition called stress-induced hyperglycemia - my sugar is very high due to the pain. I'm not taking anything for the pain because of my liver/pancreas issues, but certainly don't want another problem now with diabetes. Any suggestions? I know I eat very low carb/sugar producing foods but am just now at 169 after 10 hours fasting. My BP is also up, but I can do breathing and bring it down. Any suggestions? I've been drinking protein shakes, no sugar added, more so than eating real food because I still have not appetite at all. And, with the pain, solid food makes me nauseous anyway. BTW, I've done the melatonin lotion and the advil lotion, neither did anything. I've tried frankincense balm, too, and no relief from pain. Barely any sleep, either. Even with all that, I'm so much better today than a week ago, and hugely better than the week before, so it's improving.

Pain relief: if your surgical scars have fully healed. You can take coconut and mix in one capsule of ginger and turmeric. Spread generously on knee and above and below it. Take some plastic wrap and cover. Leave on for about two hours. Do this daily until pain is minimal or gone. Take two or three capsules through day of ginger and turmeric.

Ashwagandha and Rhodiola work with the endocrine system. Take two a day one morning and one evening for two or three weeks. Then go down to one each. These are adoptogens aid in mental and physical stress. They also will aid in leveling out high stress related glucose. Your adrenals are elevated and pituitary is sending signals for high glucose. A good food base multi vitamin is good B1, B6, B12 to aid in nerve healing. B5 Adrenal glands and more. Auricular Therapy offers pain relief. Simple put a seed on corresponding body part and other pain relieving points. Done by Acupuncturists. Hope this helps!
