Needs advice on lung issue

Hi I have been having a pain in the upper right side of back I assumed the pain was from my lungs, So I went to my family doctor (who never fully checks anything it seems said my right lung was inflamed so he sent me home with antibiotics after a few weeks the annoying dull pain was still there.

At that point I decided it was best to get a second opinion so I went to the hospital the doctor and he asked me if I was coughing up blood I replied no then he said he needed to do an x-ray so there I went. After he had the results he looked at them with me and told me that my lungs look great other then I had developed some mild asthma and asked me if I wanted to treat it. I said yes so he sent me home with a ventilator puffer directed 2 take 2 times daily.

It's now been a month and the pain is still there and really bothering me it feels like pressure on my upper right side of my back down a little from shoulder I strongly feel it's something to do with my lungs. When he showed me the x-ray it was a little bit of a black line going across the right lung. I have never had asthma before I am 28. My lungs have taken some abuse smoking and cocaine abuse in the past smoking that too. He also asked if I have had eczema in the past and I do get some eczema around my nose sometimes? He said it's usually associated with asthma as well.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Anything I can try to get rid of this suggestions would be great. It feels like I may have a lot of tar or something in there. Thanks!

Note the ventilator will deplete your body of magnesium. Asthma is caused by a magnesium deficiency so the ventilator will make the problem worse.
