Marian, you can detox from Bromide with iodine. A good book to read on this is by Dr. Brownstein "Iodine why we need it and why we can't live without it". It has all the info in there. You can also search on Earthclinic under Iodine. You need to take "companion nutrients" with iodine for it to work properly. It also detoxes the body from fluoride, & heavy metals not to mention that most people are highly deficient in iodine so it is helping so many areas of your body at the same time (thyroid, breasts, uterus). Iodine also regulates stomach acid. So many things.
I would definitely read the book to get the most info and benefit.
