Hi Natalie,
Have a glass of lemon juice every day or take 1-2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar in a 8oz glass of water twice per day. You can add raw honey if you like for taste.
Start taking wheatgrass powder or fresh wheatgrass juice. Also spirulina and chlorella tablets are excellent for alkalising the body.
Brush your teeth with Baking Soda (bicarb soda).
Stop eating processed foods.
