Likely you have sinus infection. I have this happen often. I always immediately go to my stash of colloidal silver. Using an ear syringe I gently squirt into sinus ...both sides. Usually a stinging on one or both sides. Repeat ten minutes later. (No sting or nearly none.) With most virus infections (90 percent or so)...gone by second or third use. I use the CS up to four or five times in a few hours if necessary.
Can you get CS in Medina? CS is usually found at health food stores in the States.
You can get it shipped to you...not too helpful with your immediate problem but I always have a supply on hand when infections strike.
