Need guidance in restoring proper ph health

Hi There, I have a question. I've had this mild UTI for the last four months, and was given antibiotics despite testing negative for bacteria. The general antibiotics didn't seem to help, although one of them did but I can't take it anymore as I'm now allergic. I also now have thrush from the antibiotics. There is no pain, only bladder spasms, discomfort and urgency. Cranberry tablets did help alleviate the symptoms completely in the early days but now I find I need to take a lot more to get the same effect. I tried mannose, urva ursi, goldenseal, multivitamins, vit c and a, probiotics all to no avail.

Then in the second month, I got back pain, fever, and extreme tiredness. I went to the hospital and they said the uti had spread to my kidneys and gave me more of the general antibiotics. I'm now on the allopathic thrush treatment as well as narrow spectrum antibiotics which help to alleviate the symptoms a little, but not clear it completely. I did try taking sodium citrate but this didn't seem to help much, and potassium citrate made everything burn down there.

I feel tired all the time and I'm coming out in cold sores, have constant migraines and tummy problems. I feel like everything is unbalanced. I'm either not interested in my partner or everything is ultra sensitive. I've been reading about the wonderful cures for these things but is I'm not sure if I have a yeast problem, a bacteria infection, IC or all of the above I'm not sure which direction to go in or what ph to aim for. As I say the potassium citrate made everything sore so I can only imagine the alkalinity encouraged the yeast? Would love some direction...

I still have my fingers crossed that I don't wear this one out as I can't take antibiotics or the popular home remedies. I read a long time ago about cherry juice in an article that was created even longer ago. It is pure cherry juice. Mine is organic that you buy in regular grocery stores. It is in large juice bottles like any other juice on the shelf. I drink about 2 to 3 inches in a regular drinking glass in the morning and again at night. When I started I did about a half glass because I was desperate. Sorry this is all guess work. That is how I started as I didn't have any measurements either. I do remember now that for the very first taste I tried just a teaspoon and no more until the next day in case the results didn't turn out well.

Hope it works for you too.
