Dear R.,
If you can afford an ozonator, start ozonating olive oil (15 to 20 min) daily and drinking it and rub it on the infected site. Also take at least 3 times/ day solution of ionic silver. You can take also caprylic acid 2 time a day. Immune boosters that will be of great help for your immune system are: VitD 1000 IU, Zinc, Magnesium, Selenium. Hope that will help you.Replied by Tom (Regina, Sk) on 07/23/2010
For a systemic bactericide, especially on price, you can't beat Iodine, ingested in the form of drops of LUGOLS solution (you can hide the taste easily by just dropping it into a few ounces of orange or grapefruit juice). In the USA, you are still allowed 1 30-ml bottle of original 5% LUGOLS per person per purchase since 2007.
Iodine is naturally alkalizing to the body, so that is an automatic side benefit when trying to make the body's terrain unfriendly and unhabitable for pathogens.

This leads into the 2nd choice, which is simply buy some fresh lemons, or cheaper yet buy the concentrated juice, preferably organic (about $5 for a 500 ml bottle which has the equivalent of about 15-18 lemons). Just mix up 2 or 3 tbsp juice in 6-10 oz water several times throughout the day and you'll re-alkalize in days! 3nd choice would be try some colloidal silver solution drops for a few weeks (may need enough of a dosage such that it's more like 1/2 tsp or whatever). Again, quite cheap, but for the cost of a few 8-oz bt in a store, you could buy or even make a colloidal silver electronic kit generator. Look for at least 10 ppm parts per million on the label. 4th choice would be to buy either the solid tablet form or liquid fulvic form of trace minerals. This one could cost several dollars per day, but only in the corrective phase (a few weeks to a month), and much less in the maintenance dose phase. They are highly alkalizing, and most people with a modern 'western' diet are severely deficient in them anyway!Replied by Jerry (San Antonio) on 10/13/2012
