I posted similar issue more than a year ago. I was advised to apply extra virgin coconut oil on the affected area before bedtime. The acne lessened but not totally gone. I'm still looking for something that can cure it though.Replied by Mama To Many (Tennessee) on 04/01/2016

In addition to the other great suggestions, I would try epsom salt baths a couple of times a week - 1 cup epsom salt in a warm bath for 20 minutes.
You might try a vitamin C supplement, 1,000mg a couple of times a day. Sodium ascorbate is easier on the stomach.
Finally, when all else fails, a Tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar in a glass or water once or twice a day has helped countless people with a variety of health concerns, including acne.
