Seeking Natural Remedies for Pain From Knock Knees

I've had knock knees all my life and am now hearing a crackling in them when I bend. Also, when I was walking all over town and cleaning for a maid service I was finding they began to hurt as well (same time that the crackling sterted). Does anyone here have experience with knock knees or know how I can correct this? Thanks.
