Must Avoid Estrogen After Hysterectomy For Ovarian CancerPosted By Tarabean (Clarkston, Wa) on 09/21/2016
Not sure if this falls under the endometriosis category or menopause. I was diagnosed with uterine and ovarian cancer, long story short, had a full hysterectomy. I'm 45, and as active as an agoraphobe can be, I'm at a healthy weight as well. My question is, since I have to avoid estrogen, what do I do now? I am now going through forced menopause and I'm afraid I'll start looking like a dude. Since I have trusted this site for years it seemed like the best place to seek information. Phytotherapy? yes or no? Natural hormones? I'm at a total loss. Thank you for any help.
