Most Effective Natural Cholesterol Inhibitors for Hereditary High Cholester

Posted By Susan (Plymouth, Ma ) on 08/17/2018

I have hereditary high cholesterol and do not want to take statins. I am told by my Doctor that it has really nothing to do with what I eat so I am looking for natural cholesterol inhibitors. Two that I have read about are Red Rice Yeast and Konjac root. Has anyone had any experience with these?

I don’t have experience with this roots, but I was able to bring down my high cholesterol with a Whole Foods Plant Based Diet. Check out the documentary Forks over Knives as well as the website of Dr. John McDougall. Hope this helps.
