My wife has been battling this type of cancer now for over seven years. After twenty seven radiation treatments and seventeen rounds of chemo, she is now giving up. It's a soft tissue cancer tumors. Nothing seems to work. She's had five surgeries to remove them but they just come back. She's at stage 4 and under hospice care.

At this point you wife needs expert medical care beyond anything we could help with here. The toxicity issues have her body ravaged and her immune system all but destroyed. She needs total body support for her tired suffering organs.
My best advice is head for mexico immediately if not sooner. There are many first class cancer clinics and hospitals in tijuana. Some are expensive but some are very cheap way less than you might imagine. I'm sorry to read about your wife's battle with Leiomyosarcoma cancer, and she must be very tired after all the treatment she has received. I can only suggest getting contact with Ty Bollinger (Truth about Cancer) who really is expert on alternative treatments and who I'm sure will suggest and advise you of what is an option for your wife. A great starter for the immune system to build up would be bone broth ( freshly made) and I do hope things improve for her, she must never give up!
