My entire body suddenly feels so cold

My entire body suddenly feels so cold as if it were in a freezer!

Hello .anyone have a similar condition? If so, please tell me how you cope as my body gets so cold it freezes up as if I was put in liquid nitrogen- cryogenics..brrrrrrr...

It just happens out of the blue and lasts until I do something like take a hot shower and scald myself as hot water doesn't feel hot enough for me or I'm so frozen, it has little effect on my frozen body..sometimes an hour or so..and then goes back to warmer temperature and I thaw out.

I also make a beehive for HOT soup and hot foods to warm up and end up gaining weight! I really don't want to eat more..just want to be warm:(

Anyone with any hope of help..please..let me know..thanks

The first suspect is low thyroid, next would be circulatory disorder or Venus insufficiency. Vit-C deficiency can cause coldness. Cayenne and Ginger added generously to the hot soup will help w/ circulation and warming. A hot bath rather than shower would be the better option. If none of this helps, do go to an healthcare practitioner as this condition could get worse.

Living in such a cold place, you likely have been chilled at some point and need to stay warmer and build your heat...hot foot soaks daily when needed and to build heat as well..(this builds heat without letting you sweat, which open yours pores and cools you down again) As it is more more gently heating than a hot bath. Warming spices to build heat as mentioned in above post, ashwaganda can be beneficial for thyroid support if this is not externally contracted cold.
