When I bend over to do something, I feel a muscle cramp to the left of my stomach, right under my breast area. I immediately have to sit up straight for it to ease up. Has anyone experienced this? Any natural remedies that might help?

I had similar pain in a general area.
My research found that it was caused by my spleen..
It is gone now. Check out good foods for your spleen and it will fix itself.
