Mri done and advice sought for osteoarthritis

Posted By Nathan (Pittsburgh, Pa) on 02/13/2012

I've recently had a MRI done to see what is the source of my neck/back pain and the doctor/neourologist said that I have arthritis in my back/neck. I'm only 23 years old so the doctor said that surgery would not be necessary but left me with a lot of questions. He suggested I rest and prescribed me an anti-inflammatory medicine. He said if my pain does not go away in 2 months then I should come back. I'm wondering if perhaps there is something natural I could try for pain relief and/or help cure my arthritis. I saw many posts that ACV may help. I started taking a Glucosamine supplement. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Google importance of Vitamin K for your issue.

Drink FRESH organic green juice daily to supply mineral content for your bones. Juice organic cucumbers, celery, parsley, ginger and lemon juice. Important that this is drunk within 15 mins of juicing to consume the 'alive' enzymes.

Do not fall for the 'dairy' is good for osteo-a situation. If anything dairy is harmful, so best way to get minerals for your bones is juicing.

Look into getting a good bone and cartlidge supplement.

Exercise, weight train atleast 5-6 times weekly.

Sweat out toxins using hot steam room if possible.

Keep liver clean by consuming spirulina, chorella, radishes, lemon juice in the AM on empty stomach mixed in 1 glass of warm water, dandelion greens, garlic and ginger daily as well as a milk thistle supplement.

Magnesium chloride oil on your skin will relief a lot of pain on the short and longer term. You can buy magnesium chloride bathflakes and mix it up with 40% water to lower the costs. Then apply it to the skin of the lower arms, belly and the painfull joints to absorb the magnesium transdermal (which is by far the most effective way of doing it without the difficulty to absorb it orally and the possible stomach problems).
