Mild edema in plantar heel fat pad

i wanted to know what can I use to treat mild nonspecific edema (swelling) in the plantar heel fat pad.

Does anybody out there have a solution for this? I suffer from edema in the calcaneal fat pad as well and NOTHING seems to work! Please help!
