Posted By Ac (Davie, FL) on 06/13/2018

Hi I am hoping for some advice and appreciate your answer in advance. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with lyme. I went to a very expensive treatment center they said it was high sensitivities. Symptoms include strong metallic taste, hair loss, very itchy scalp, fatigue, intestinal distress- my stomach makes all kinds of weird noises, I had diarrhea for 6 months now have very frequent urination. Those are the major ones but, there are many others. Any advice with specific dosages? Also am interested In The healing baths would like to know specific amounts of what to put in. Thanks so very much, Also, what to eat? Some say just fruits and vegetables for alkalinity ...some say paleo? It’s all so hard to navigate.

Hi Ac, seems you have absorbency issues with your gut, all health starts with the gut, you can repair by consuming only grass fed bone broth minimum liter/quart a day for approx 3 -4 days. When ready to reintroduce food, add highly absorbable fresh green juices, and organic herbal teas, avoid all grains unless they have been sprouted. Add coriander to your juices, I believe it chelates the heavy metals your lyme uses to hide from your immune system (biofilm). Serratapeptase enzyme dissolves biofilm. Avoid dairy unless yours is raw or cultured (kefir). Add hormone free grass fed protein, and wild caught fish. For the hair loss, research castor oil. Use cold pressed coconut oil for your cooking, try to consume a tsp per day. Get rid of vegetable oil or canola oil. Toxic to your liver. Also table salt, get a pure unrefined salt which contains minerals and add quarter teaspoon to every liter/quart you drink. Aim for two liters a day. Keep a food diary to monitor progress/setbacks and keep you motivated. For healing, mineral rich baths, I add a cup each of clay, borax, Epsom salts, baking soda. Soak at minimum 20 mins. Best to you

Your symptoms appear to be caused by untreated long-term internal dampness - caused by wrong diet, stress or other factors - resulting in overgrowth of bad GI bacteria. Try these:

(1) Chop 2 to 3 FRESH garlic cloves into tiny pieces and eat them with food during mealtimes. Do this AT LEAST 2 to 3 times daily - e.g. during breakfast, lunch and dinner - to be effective.

Do this daily. It may take weeks of such a regimen to obtain a cure given the severity of your case. Raw freshly chopped garlic will destroy the bad bacteria in your GI tract and also dry up internal dampness that might have promoted the growth of bad bacteria and viruses in your GI tract and contributed to other health issues you might have.

If you are allergic to garlic do not try it. Even if you can take garlic, go slow in the beginning to test out. For instance, start with a single garlic clove and if you do not experience any bad reaction increase the amount.

(2) For itchy skin buy virgin coconut oil and rub it all over your skin. Coconut oil can turn rancid and leave a bad smell on your clothing. To prevent this add Lavender essential oil to the coconut before rubbing on your skin.

I cannot say the suggestions will surely work for you. You need to try them out.

And please provide feedback on this thread so I can perhaps help further.

Best wishes!

Drinking kefir has greatly reduced my hair loss. Isopropyl alcohol applied to my just washed scalp improves the itchy/oily/flakiness. It is easiest to apply if you put your hair in a ponytail first if your hair is long. A friend of mine spoke with a Lyme Dr.who told her to take oregano essential oil and thyme essential oil. The procedure was to get empty gel caps and pipettes and fill the caps with the oil. She took each of the oils daily, possibly more than once daily. I would assume it was _wild_ oregano oil. Probably take them with meals. She told me taking Lugol's iodine helped her a lot, too. Sugar made her feel worse. She liked to eat spicy kimchi and canned fish and said it helped her lose weight. That and avoiding all grains. Turmeric is amazing. I would eat a few pieces of raw turmeric every day, too. I agree that cleaning up your digestive tract seems to be necessary. The oxygenated magnesium colon cleansers in my experience are best (do a search). Kefir and cabbage and turmeric should probably be a major part of your daily diet for a while. Brewer's yeast, nutritional yeast, raw organic pastured eggs, purified water, raw vegetable juices, especially leafy greens. Get plenty of rest. Detox baths. Colloidal silver. She also raved about sulfur. I believe the outlook will be very good for you if you can do these things.
