What Remedies Can Help Loss of Bone and Unhealthy Gums

Hello, I have always had problems with my teeth. I had always wanted straight teeth and a great smile but front teeth are crooked and that, coupled with badly receding gums isn't the greatest look!

One of my top teeth (the one next to the two centre front teeth) is becoming looser and looser. Also, two lower front teeth are also loose. I went to see a dental implant specialist yesterday hoping that implants on these teeth might be my best option. Wrong!!! After doing extensive x-rays it turns out I have a lot of bone loss. Dental specialist suggested I would need four lower teeth removed and six upper teeth removed. With the remaining teeth the amount of bone loss is not quite so bad and the teeth might last a while longer but he couldn't give any guarantees. He also said my gums were in very poor condition. I'm an ex-smoker. Gave up the cigarettes 4 years ago.

Dentist reckons there's very little point doing implants as they may fail in a very short time. His recommendation is that I have all my teeth removed and have dentures! That is not what I wanted to hear. He thinks it will give my gums a chance to heal if I wear the dentures for a year and then the situation can be re-assessed.

Does anyone know if there is anything I can do about the loss of bone? I've been drinking a cup with apple cider vinegar daily for about 6 months and started taking horsetail capsules about 2 months ago. I started this regime to try to avoid any problems with osteoarthritis in my legs as I age.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you tried "oil pulling"? Many people say it helps firm teeth. Do you drink your ACV using a straw to protect teeth from its acidity?

The homeopathic cell salt Calc Phos will help when there is any type of bone loss. It will help calcium assimilation.
