Looking Forward to Use Melasma Remedies

I am looking forward to trying some of the remedies mentioned.' I was just wondering... has anyone ever been able to be in the sun again without worry after stopping whatever caused the melasma in the first place?

I am taking 2 tablespoons of ACV in a cup of warm watter twice a day for hot flashes how long does it take before I get results I would also like some advise about the sudden increase around the belly I do watch my diet but very sad to see the ongoing increase please help.
