Did she try the acupressure?
She's dehydrated and needs some celtic sea salt. It doesn't take much if one drinks water on an empty stomach. The body will snatch both the water and the electrolytes right up.
Does she suffer indigestion and/or headaches?
If hydrating and taking bits of salt didn't work, I would assume it was systemic and start daily castor oil packs. Or, if not packs, then I would rub a palm full of castor oil into the abdomen and chest a couple of times per day to see if I got a herx response. If I did, I would continue with the castor oil massage until ALL herx resolved, whether rashes or sluggishness or lack of appetite or whatever. Anything new symptom that arises with repeated castor oil massaging is going to be herx.
The best way I've found to hydrate is to set a timer to go off every waking hour and drink a half glass of water, with a tiny bit of sea salt, every time it goes off.
Did something happen to her 3 years ago? An illness or injury or perhaps a bug bite?

Hi, can anybody help with an advice? A friend of mine has a back of the knee issue. She descibes it as follows:
It's just behind the right knee...not hardening nor pulling...a sharp pain that I have to massage ...I have to straighten my leg to ease the pain.
..Stretching awakens the pain on the muscles Thanks for any help. Sasha
