You should try lysine and vitamin C ascorbate, 1 gram each, for three days, 4 times in the morning and 4 times in the evening, every hour, Ted recipe. After that, the maintenance dose, 2 times in the morning and 2 times in the evening. Magnesium oil (magnesium chloride, a tablespoon and water a tablespoon) and grease your knees.
