Dear Farheen, Many women find Raw Apple Cider vinegar to be helpful to their cycles. It would be an easy thing to try. A teaspoon a day is a good amount to start with. You can increase to a Tablespoon a day if it seems to agree with you. I have never heard of using a fig, but I can't see that it would cause harm and may be helpful.
If you can get Blackstrap Molasses, that may be helpful to you as well. A tablespoon of this a day has helped many ladies with cycle difficulties.
