Hi Melissa, Every mother is very special. I appreciate your feelings and your concern about your mother, I don't know as to how old is your mother, because it is an aging process. My mother is 101 and is running her 102nd year and she too has developed this, but since I have started her on extra virgin coconut oil I find there is definite improvement in her condition. The medicines bring other side effect related problems and therefore we stopped her medication, they do deserve to have medication/problem free happy life with their children, grand, and great grand children. It would be advisable to research coconut oil and lions mane mushroom, which I think she would be fine if you tried them as they do no harm.
