I am interested in getting rid of a bone spur that juts out from the back of my heel due to a 75 pound box that fell on it years ago. How can I get it to disappear? Of course, I would like the pain to go away but I want more, I want the actual bone to disappear. Please help if you have any suggestions at all besides surgery. Thanks
