A few questions: About the eczema; that might come form many sources...fungus (candida), a very acidic body or food sensitivities.
To start with; do you eat a lot of "spicy" dishes? If so you might want to consider laying off those and eating a bland diet. Oatmeal in the morning. Lunch of sweet potato, vegetable salad, chicken salad sandwich (whole wheat) for instance, and at night a bland soup...potato or a combo of steamed broccoli and cauliflower, then blend and add a little vegetable broth and you have a wonderful night meal. Consider also an elimination diet to determine if there is a prime "bad food". I'm guessing the spicy stuff.
There is a Ph balance pill that I like...and when you mentioned blood shot eyes along with the eczema, I thought "acidic". At health food stores you can buy a "Ph Balance" pill. When I'm feeling acidic, I take two to four a day or a few days as well as the baking soda (half a teaspoon in a glass of water morning and evening for five days).
But the Ph Balance pills are really good.
If your problem is fungal, follow the anti candida diet that Earth Clinic discusses a lot. Just look on Ailments and go to "candida" and you'll find Bill's anti candida remedy.
Finally, if you have a viral infection ... and with a mystery illness, I never miss asking the question; Could this be a virus...and they can come in any form or description. I would try two tablespoons of colloidal silver (one tablespoon twice a day) for two weeks and see if there is any relief. If so then the problem might be viral and so I'd keep taking for months to see if the condition was vastly improved.
