Teds information on alkalinity and orp meters is extensive. I do not have a copy of the alkalinity book he and Bill wrote. I keep giving it away. But I believe it is in there too.
His information re cancer in the blood is astute and doable.
Anyway here is 1 regarding alkalinity and orp meters. Janet

Go next week for an MRI to determine if my elevated PSA is cancer or not. Between the PT, Ginger Root Extract, my daily PEMF sessions, DMSO, and two prolozone shots.... my back pain is gone. That chore took 3 years. My spine doctor said I would never be without back pain after my T 12 collapsed. My peripheral neuropathy is waking me in the night. For that I am taking Alpha Lipoic Acid and will begin the IV's soon. I write my ditties to try and inspire others to address their ails as naturally as they can and never give up. Almost everything beneficial in this world has been accomplished by an extremist . Don't care if your talking Art, Olympics or Medicine. John Doe seldom accomplishes anything.

It may advisable for you to take one cup of carrot juice per day . Carrot juice contains fat soluble Vitamin A (Beta Carotene) which is an antioxidant to improve your ORP. I am sure you will solve your problem definitely.
Best wishes.

I have only been addressing you, but wish Timh would get into this conversation. We have lots of bright folks on site but, none like Ted and Bill. Now that I have identified my short coming, I can address it with research and discipline.
At age 80, I am still perkin, but fighting fires full time. Learned that my integrative doctor is associated with Spectracell and can have my blood telomeres tested to determine how much time I have left. When you run out of telomeres then you cannot replenish your cells and you are toast regardless of what you do. It is called dying of old age. Why would you not want to know this? With AFIB, I could go out tomorrow with a stroke, but little can be done when your cell replication is finished.
As I told all many years ago follow my trail and they will learn what to do or what not to do. I think most will agree with that..... if you have followed my posts. It has been wild and strange, and I've had a ball.

I suppose you are doing the standard natural remedies for prostate, yes? Like Cranberry or D-Mannose to clear the infection. Zinc, Saw Palmetto, Stinging Nettles etc. Many Prosta products are formulated or designed with all the necessary nutrients & herbs, but it is only recently understood that infection creeps up into the P gland and get the whole inflammatory scenario going. The stinging Nettles & Avena Sativa force the conversion of unused or bound Testosterone into "free T" which is critical in preventing P enlargement. You recently said you are now back to the synthetic, Dr injected form or recombinant of HGH to turn back the clock. HGH must convert to IGF-1 and much of which is also converted to Testosterone; so you may want to consider natural HGH/IGF-1 therapy instead of the problematic synthetic version as it appears your Prostate isn't taking to kindly to it's presence.
Presently I take 1grm GABA 3-4 wk, 50mg DHEA daily, and aprox 1 grm D-Aspartic Acid 3-4 times per wk for anti-aging. Zinc and Cranberry daily; and S.N. or A.S. occasionally when I don't have sufficient urine flow. Have you researched or tried Deer Antler Velvet form of IGF-1???
If you are in the lowlands area of the Cumberland you should have a big crop of S.N. growing along the branches & creeks.

You can easily increase your urine pH level from 6 to 7. Since your ORP level needs significant improvements, you may have to take antioxidant items like vitamin C, carrot juice, goji berries, blueberries, cranberries, blackberries, artichoke, kidney beans, cilantro, etc. It may take about 15 days for you to reach ORP level of - 150 mV to - 175 mV. I wish you success.

I got a gut feeling that pH and ORP will let you live a good life. Just know that most of the Hollywood types die young, so don't do what they are doing.
We have no clue how old the EC posters are. Maybe that should be a requirement.
Listen up, Ted was the greatest yet on EC, but he scrummed to a stroke. None of us have the answer so we have to read and reread and make our own decisions. In the end we have to be right with the one who created us. Otherwise, you did great in this lifetime and missed out on forever and forever.

Taking oxygen through our nose is a good idea since it will increase oxygen supply to all cells in our body. Also, it is a good idea to do simple breathing exercise that will increase oxygen supply to all cells. But it may not be a good idea to consume large quantity of oxidant items through our mouth.
Best wishes.
