Have you written to Ted in Bangkok, Thailand? Maybe he has a solution. Try reading about Ted's alkalizing remedies.Replied by Deb (Atlanta, Ga) on 12/27/2011
With the castor oil you can wear pj pants to bed and that way it will not get sheets oily. Just let it soak in. Also with apple cider vinegar would be good to use in addition to the castor oil. Use a q-tip when applying both. I would get a little squirt bottle the type you color hair with and put half the vinegar and 1/2 lemon juice in will boost up the lightening then can put on legs better that way with the bottle.Replied by Arielle (Sydney, Nsw Australia) on 01/14/2012
I have been doing this for only a week and already seeing great improvements.
Every night I mix together a little yoghurt and lemon juice and use it as a mask for my face and decolletage, also back of hands. I leave it on for 15 minutes while I watch TV then wash off. Then I make a paste out of bicarb soda and castor oil (just in my palm) and apply it with a q-tip to my age spots. I leave that on overnight and wash it off in the morning.
Now my skin tone has evened out and the dark spots have faded A LOT! Also my skin texture is better, with smaller pores. I am going to try the bicarb and castor oil on some warts next!
