Byron, read up on Pete Egoscue and/or Katy Bowman. People have their books (or read all of Katy's blogs, they have most of the info) and do the exercises and they really do help for bow legs. No instant cure, mind you, but I've seen it work if you actually do the stuff.

I am a bowleged senior over 60 (sixty). I am now having more and more challenges these days, including my knees, what natural treatment will help me overcome or cure my situation? Your suggestions is much appreciated. Thank you.

Does `taylor spatial frame` (external fixator) cures bow legs and knees when one is over sixty years old (60). How long one has to wear the frame? What is the success of using this gadget especially if older? Who are using it in Canada and where? Thank you for your asistance.

Hanna: My dear grandmother ended up in a wheel chair because of osteoporosis. So did Elizabeth Taylor. My dear mother and uncle fell and broke their hips because of this. They partially recovered. Cooked regular food does not provide enough nutrients for bone growth. A complete raw whole food program does. You can start feeling better right away. Recovery takes awhile. Make home brewed water kefir with 30g organic whole cane sugar, 15g organic buckwheat flour, and 15g organic flours. Get refrigerated or freshly milled flours and put in the cooler. I make 1 gallon/day. For carbs eat raw honey and activated barley. For fats eat 1/2 expeller pressed coconut oil, 1/2 unsaturated fats, and 1/6 omega 3 from black chia seeds. For protein take Hawaiian spirulina, chlorella, raw cocoa powder, desiccated liver, non denatured whey isolate, and colostrum. The supplements to take are 2ml skate liver oil, 1g 17 mushroom extract blend from Washington take with camu camu powder because the c assists in polysaccharide absorption, 100mg L-Theanine in 1/2 cup coffee sipped several times per day, 1/2oz organic tomato paste, sun dried sea salt, and cayenne. Get adaptogens, many in liquid phyto caps from North Carolina. Ferment those for 1 day. Sip several times per day. For hormones take 15g raw organic sweet potato. Chew and let dissolve through the gums.

Dear Hanna, Please google "boron" and bone strength. It is a very inexpensive mineral, less that five dollars for a six month supply. Good luck.
