I am woman with severe cystic acne

Please help! I am a 31 year old woman that has been struggling with severe cystic, acne vulgars, and dermatitis for as long as I can possibly remember. A few days ago I noticed what seems like a rash covering my enrtire face. The pimples are small and few of them have pus inside, non of them look like cysts but they are ALL over my face. There doesnt seem to be a spot that they missed (my forhead, cheeks, nose, chin EVERYWHERE).

I have tried every single over the counter medication humanly possible. My dermatologist is on my speed dial. I have seen, over 10 different dermatologists in my teens and adult life who prescribed every antibiotic and cream on the market. Unfortunatly I didnt know any better and took accutane as well. NOTHING is helping, it clears up for a while but somehow always retuns and with a vengence.

I am now realizing that antibiotics and creams are not the right approach and im trying to fight this naturally because I only now understand that it is probably something inside my body that is causing these horrible break outs. I have tried taking a hair and skin multi vitamin that has 1000IU vitamin A, Biotin 3200 mcg, MSM 800 mg and Silicon 10mg (so far not really helping), tonight I tried Manuka Honey 20 as an acne mask for 45 min, I bought apple cider vinger to use as a toner. If anyone would please help me with a regiment. I do not want to take any more pills (although every doctor that I see wont let me walk out of their office without a prescription of some sort in hand).

I know that fighting acne is a tough battle, it often makes me really upset to the point where I feel embarrased walking out of my house. I dont know what else to do. So I am asking for your help.

If someone here could give me a treatment to try for a few weeks (step by step would be fantastic) I would truly be greatful. Any help, daily vitamins, what to wash my face with, what to moisturize with, what masks to use, would help me more than I can express. So please if anything worked for you, please share it with me. Thank you so much!!!!!

Hi! I posted a response to someone else a couple days ago and I think it could help you as well. I started breaking out in PD around my nose and mouth and had cystic acne pop up on my cheeks. I started this protocal and it's improved greatly. I hope it helps you too! God Bless!

First I would start with an all natural lye soap or pine tar soap to deeply cleanse and wash the oil away. Get a cottonball and dip it in a solution of one half ACV and one half H202. Rub this into the skin in a circular motion, making sure to saturate the whole face. Let air dry and then apply oil free moisturizer with a couple drops of tea tree oil. Lastly, use a sulfur acne mask, like end-zit or proactive, and dab this on every pimple and zit you see. Leave on all night.

Also, I would invest in some Salicyclic Acid peels. You can buy it online.. Just google under "skin labratories" and it should bring the site up. I use the 20% strength peel once a week for a couple weeks and than take a break for a month or so, and then do it again, and so on and so on. I think I pay $18 and the bottle lasts about 3-4 months or so.

I still break out slightly but it's not nearly as bad, and it's much more managable. An added bonus is that the scars are fading nicely and I have much smoother skin.

Help for severe acne:

I do have a suggestion. Years ago I was diagnosed with acne on my back. Never could wear strappy clothes.

Do a colon cleanse along with a anti-parasite program. There are many out there but I recommend Colonix. I have no affiliation, it is simply the easiest and most effective.

You really do not have to change your diet much(of course, you would want to eliminate sugar, refined carbs and chemically laden foods, eat lots of fresh organic fruits and vegetables, lean meats). Drink lots of water and green tea.

Keep us posted. Good luck, I know what a burden it is to have skin problems.

This may not be all that much help, depending on where you live. My oldest son bad acne on his back during high school. Then one spring the choir he belonged to went to the coast for contests. He spent as much time in 2-3 days in the salt water as he could as he loves water sports, wearing a white tee shirt to keep his back from burning. When he got home his back peeled some (though not burned) and he never had acne on his back again, his face was much improved. That was cheap and effective!
