Hypothyroidism and High Cholesterol

I have a TSH level of 0.500. My Free T4 is 1.05. I also have a cholesterol level of 222 and my LDL is 140. I have symptoms of depression and anxiety. I was also diagnosed with bipolar disorder and ADHD. I have a motor tic disorder also. I am sluggish and fatigued all day long. I also have a lack of motivation. I take Latuda 80 mg for mood and depression and insomnia. I take Abilify for motor tic disorder. I take lithium 600 daily for bipolar disorder and gabapentin 800 twice daily for anxiety. I am on 75 mcgs of levothyroxine. I also take 50 mgs of benadryl for anxiety throughout the day. I was on more meds but I weened myself off of them, one of which was Ativan. I was on Ativan type meds for years. I asked my doctor to ween me off the other meds but he said now is not the time. I feel better now that I'm on less pharmaceuticals but I still feel depressed and have a little bit of anxiety.

I have diarrhea and feel sick after eating fatty foods or dairy. I have cut back tremendously on these items.

I take vitamin d3 5000 iu, 500 mg magnesium citrate, Magnesium malate 100 mg 3 x daily, Vitamin C 1000 mg, whole food B complex, zinc 50 mg, omega 3-6-9 all for motor tic disorder. I also take d- limonene 1000 mg daily for stomach issues.

I take 2 teaspoons of ACV in 8 ozs of water twice daily also. I put in my smoothie cayenne pepper, cinnamon, coacoa powder, beet root powder Maca root powder and Turmeric powder.

My symptoms of depression get worse before and during menstrual cycle.
