In 2015 my husband had unexpected heart surgery. He is doing fine now. But ever since then, we think due to his medication, his nose is always cold. Really cold, so much so that he has to wear a scarf around it, even in warm weather. Perhaps due to blood thinners? In any event, other than covering it with something, any ideas what could help a cold nose, other than adding another medication?
