How Can I Do a Gall Bladder Flush Without Using Epsom Salt?

Posted By Brandie (Norcross, Ga) on 12/19/2015

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good liver/gallbladder flush that does not include Epsom salt. I have had horrible pressure in the upper part of my stomach, right below my ribs and the only thing I can think it would be is gallstones. It makes me nauseated, I can't stand up straight when they get pretty bad, gas....just makes me feel horrible. Sometimes it may last an hour or so and sometimes 24 to 48 hours. Surgery is 100% completely out of the question. For the past 2 weeks I wake up in the morning and have apple cider vinegar with organic apple juice then for breakfast I've been eating lots of fiber, well more than normal, nut bread in the morning with and avocado on it topped with cumin, lemon juice, Himalayan salt and avocado oil, just a few drops, for the good fats. For a snack during the day I have an organic apple, drink LOTS of water and organic herbal tea. I haven't had any alcohol for 3 weeks and I've been trying to stay away from dairy. I try to eat 100% organic but it's probably more like 90%...which is still really good so I'm trying to understand why I'm still getting this pressure. I really want to do a liver and gallbladder flush but like I said I'm not using Epsom salt.....there has to be another way. Please help!!

Brandie: If it is the unpleasant aspect of taking Epsom Salt orally that you are speaking of, you can use other Magnesium products like lemon Flavored liquid Magnesium Citrate which is actually quite tasty. Be sure to read labels for no sugar additives.

The reason why using Magnesium for the gallbladder flush is to clear the intestines so the stones will have a quick passage and not be tempted to undergo reabsorption or digestion. So, other laxative methods can be used. Fleet Enemas can be used but do consider only half the amount of the product as I have noted that the entire enema is much too strong. Just add filtered water and you will have enough for two enemas.

Another method for cleaning the gallbladder is Menthol Cough Drops. I use these periodically to keep the cholesterol gallstones melted. I just now finished 12 Menthol Drops and am already beginning to feel some relief. I usually need to do this about 3-4 times per yr.

One more good remedy is Dr Christopher's "Liver/Gallbladder" herbal formula.

Drinking Lemon Water helps prevent gallstones by increasing bile flow. LW also helps reduce acidosis which is one of the bad side effects of liver/gallbladder disease.

Brandie, read up on lemon juice and olive oil first thing in the morning with a glass of water (hot if possible).

Brandie.

Here is what I did to flush out gallstones.. I would drink the apple juice and apple cidar vinegar in morning as you are doing.. Then I ordered some chanca piedra tea.. I drank three glasses every other day........Well let me tell you I released maybe 100 or more stones.. some would break up but some large ones came out too... what a relief? I was in so much pain when I ate and a lot of the time.. I couldn't believe I had so many stones.. I got the tea from Amazon..

Now I still feel some discomfort but it's down to a 1.. but now I can eat with no pain and I rarely have any symptoms.. It did take a few months . that is the issue.. this takes a few months but like you I didn't want to drink the Epsom salts..

Anyway; did you also know that urine therapy, drinking some of your own urine, will also eliminate stones.. I did that for a bit and the stones just came out too.

This really works..
