Hot Flashes and Weak Legs Suddenly Appearing 20 Years After Menopause

Posted By Seema (il) on 01/31/2021

Hi, it is winter in the midwest, and I suddenly feel hot and in no time I feel cold. What it is? I am also feeling some weakness in my legs for the past one week. I got my menopause nearly 20 years ago. Can someone share some remedies?

I use a little dab of emerita progesterone cream each day on my skin the size of a pea works for me. Estrogen can cause hot flashes and fat cells and plastics and lavendar essential oil and some other things are estrogenic. Hormones given to animals we eat also increases our estrogen.

Since you plan to try progesterone cream, I will share that when a person first starts progesterone cream it goes into estrogen ports in the body(and feels like a flood of estrogen) and can make the problem feel worse at first.

Start with very little and slowly increase. As the body transitions into balance, it just gets better and better. Muscle firms up and looks more youthful and increases circulation. Our immune system runs on glutathione. Alpha lipoic acid is what the body uses to make glutathione.

Our diets are high in calcium but usually low in magnesium . Magnesium is the heart(muscle) mineral.

Calcium excites and magnesium calms and the body needs them in balance. Core balls are easy to have ready for a five minute sit here and there and can do amazing toning of muscles in short order. The body must balance continuously when you sit on one. They are inexpensive at Ross stores and come with a pump to refill if need be. Mine are a decade old. When you are busy with tv or media online sit on one for short periods like 5 to 10 minutes and you will find your muscles firming up from head to foot. There are two size balls. I have them both.

Whenever someone says they are experiencing unusual muscle weakness, I am always tempted to ask if they are on statins. If so, that could be the cause. If not, hope something else someone here mentions helps you (and I'm looking at the hot flash recommendations myself! ).
