I read all of the wonderful successes that ladies were having using all natural Apple cider vinegar to reduce or eliminate hot flashes. I have a medical issue where I cannot drink Apple cider vinegar and am wondering if anyone has used Apple cider vinegar supplements as an alternative with any success? Thanks in advance.... I'm really suffering from menopause.
