How to Reduce High LDL in Bloodwork Naturally?

I have a high LDL on my lab blood work. Ranges from 0 - 100. I came in at 131. What can I take or do to reduce. Thank you.

Hi Luke,

Lecithin will lower your LDL cholesterol and raise your HDL cholesterol while lowering your triglycerides.
